"Achieving Equity and Successfully Eliminating Racial/Ethnic Disparities in the Health and Health Care of Children"  GUEST SPEAKER: Glenn Flores is Distinguished Chair of Health Policy Research, Medica Research Institute, and Affiliate Professor of Health Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He has won awards from the American Academy of Pediatrics, Academic Pediatric Association, and National Hispanic Medical Association, as well as the Helen Rodríguez-Trías Social Justice Award from the American Public Health Association.  An expert on both racial/ethnic and linguistic disparities in healthcare, insuring the uninsured, and overcoming language barriers in the clinical setting, Dr. Flores will discuss the successful elimination of health and healthcare disparities in three clinical trials.   See Flyer
