University of Pittsburgh Steel City Health Careers Diversity Conference

The program includes panels of admission experts and health professions students, a recruitment fair, and a special screening of the film "Changing the Face of Medicine" with appearances by filmmaker Crystal Emery and women physicians featured in the film.  The events features the University of Pittsburgh Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dental Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (which includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physicians Assistant, Rehab Science and Technology, Communicaiton Science and Disorders, and more).  Sponsored by Pennsylvania Department of Health; Pitt Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education; UPMC Office of Engagement and Inclusion and the Office of Health Sciences Diversity.
